We are independent trading exchange - Russia‘s leading online spot markets for voice minutes. We are essentially involved in the long-distance voice termination wholesale market from business to business (TDM or VoIP carriers/resellers).

What we Do:
We facilitate the exchange of VoIP traffic between different telecommunication companies and different telecommunication equipment (over H.323 & SIP protocols). Gateways incompatible if connected directly can talk to each other through "VoIP Exchange" SoftSwitch /software used to bridge a public switched telephone network and voice over Internet by separating the call control functions of a phone call from the media gateway/. The companies make different ASK/BID orders to buy/sell VoIP traffic, to a different destinations, by defined rate per minute. Our company is not the provider or user of the VoIP telephony services. Our company works like an exchange and doesn't regulate prices.

"VoIP Exchange" provides IP Telephony carriers with:
  1. Ability to expose public offers for origination/termination of VoIP traffic with optimal price/quality ratios without intermediaries’ /brokers/.
  2. Access to millions of minutes from operators worldwide and a single point of contact for the best rates available.
  3. Access to a liquid market and valuable, continuously updated market information.
  4. Services for routing of VoIP-calls, initiated by the Participant , in the "VoIP eXchange" trade system, and routing of VoIP-calls to the termination equipment of the Participant, initiated by other Participants of the "VoIP eXchange" trade system,
  5. Guaranteed collection and timely payment from one company. We act as a single contact to perform financial settlement between all participating partners and countries in a single currency. Our model eliminates the complexity associated with traditional bilateral agreements that involve many correspondents and multiple currencies.
  6. Statistical information on VoIP-traffic, initiated/terminated by the Participant's equipment as well as routing intelligence. The access to the services is offered via SSL-protected Web-interface. “VoIP Exchange” compiles and distributes market data on rates and quality parameters the participating companies use to manage wholesale voice traffic.

Our services are used by companies which include International Voice Wholesale Providers, Internet Telephony Service Providers, and VoIP Termination ISP.
