THE REGISTRATION OF THE PARTICIPANT
At registration of our organization, the registration data are not accepted by the web-interface of trading system. In what there can be a problem? The possible reasons and solutions:
- the necessary registration fields are not completed;
- the login and/or the password contain less than 8 symbols;
- such login already exists.
THE REGISTRATION OF THE EQUIPMENT OF THE PARTICIPANT
At registration of the equipment, the data are not accepted by the web-interface of trading system. In what there can be a problem? The possible reasons and solutions:
- fields, obligatory for registration are not filled;
- the inserted fields have been completed in an incorrect format.
What port of the signalization system (H.323 terms) is necessary to specify? It is necessary to specify a port which is used for initialization of a conversation (a port 1720 in H.323 spec).
What GMT time is necessary for specifying? It is necessary to specify time zone in which there is equipment (in minutes).
What the country code and the area code are necessary for specifying? It is necessary to specify a country code and the area code where there is equipment.
What is Dial As? It is that set of digits specified before, which should come with E.164 phone number from your equipment to termination device. For an instance:Termination destination Russia:

To terminate to Russia the equipment should receive the following Dial AS string:
1#7And the example of completed number is the following:
1#70951234567 - to call to Moscow
Our equipment contains ID number. For which purposes is it necessary? ID is a handle of your equipment which is displayed together within your application on termination.
In "technical equipment" window, I see the "MODE" column, what does it mean? It means the purposes your equipment is used for. The expression "SELL & BUY" means that the given equipment can be used both for termination, and for origination. The expression "BUY ONLY" means that the given equipment can be used only for origination.
THE ALLOCATION OF THE ORDER ON TERMINATION
What price should be specified in the order on termination? The price indicated in the order on termination of a direction, is the end price, and it should contain all expenses of the Participant, including all taxes and duties he has been collected in his region, plus the commission of the trading system "VoIP Trade Room".
How to specify ASR value? ASR % value is calculated automatically and can't be updated manually. ASR = completed calls / attempted calls * 100
THE ALLOCATION OF THE ORDER ON ORIGINATION
What do many-colored dots indicate in the order window to any direction? Many-colored dots indicate codecs that current gate supports with termination in this direction. If the cursor pointed above one of the dots a prompt will appear with a name of the codec:
  • blue - g723
  • green - g729
  • yellow - gsm
  • red - g711
What price should be specified in the order on origination? The specified price doesn't contain the commission of the trading system "VoIP Trade Room" the given commission is recalculated each time when you see the account information or trying to transfer money from your account in the trading system. During the price specification you have to insert the maximum price you can, to take as more participants which terminate the given direction as you possible.
What ASR value should be specified in the order on origination? You can specify the percent of Quality of Services per each destination where you want to originate the VoIP traffic. The ASR parameter shouldn't be very large because no one other order on termination of this direction of other participants can satisfy this parameter.
What is "order by" (by price, by ASR)? The sorting of orders on termination of this direction of other participants by ASR or by price.Sorting by ASR means that the orders with higher ASR will terminate your call first.Sorting by price means that the orders with lower price will terminate your call first.
ORIGINATION
For what the order on origination is necessary? The order on origination means that, you buy the given direction with the maximum price you specified and with ASR not less than you specified.
Why I can't make a call? The possible reasons and solutions:
- at authorization it is used wrong login and the password (at work on report SIP) or IP-address and login (as h323-id in H.323 terms) (at work on report H.323);
- your account is empty;
- did you buy the given direction?
- not all adjustments of your equipment correspond to requirements on adjustment of the equipment of the Participant.
Can I specify the origination order only for selected equipment? No, orders on origination are distributed to all registered equipment.
TERMINATION
We have placed the order on termination into your system and we don't see the traffic. Why? The possible reasons and solutions:
- the order is exist in new orders and doesn't work because it waits for processing a procedure GRP (Global Routing Procedure) within 4 hours, therefore order is not yet published for any other Participants;
- you have been forgotten to insert the Dial AS codes or insert it wrong on terminating equipment, therefore your equipment can't receive the calls;
- not all of adjustments of your equipment conform the requirements on adjustments of equipment of the participant;
- the price specified within the given order is very high. Nobody wants to buy the traffic with this price rate, make it a little bit lower.
The traffic has been ceased on terminating equipment. Why? The possible reasons and solutions:- probably, the valid time of the order on termination was completed;- the order on termination was removed by Automatic Qualification System which runs every night at 24.00 (by GMT). The order can be removed for an inadequate quality of service;- the administration of a trade system has switched your equipment into TEST status because the given equipment is not corresponding to requests of technical rules of the trading system "VoIP Trade Room".
I see my equipment has been switched to TEST. Why? The possible reasons:- the administration of a trade system has switched your equipment with TEST status because the given equipment is not corresponding to requests of technical rules of the trading system "VoIP Trade Room";- if you updated the registration data about the given equipment it's automatically switched into TEST by system for checking by technical personnel of the trading system "VoIP Trade Room"
Today our equipment receives only few calls, but yesterday there was a lot more. Give me a reason why, Would you? Perhaps, you increased the price rate in the order on termination of the given direction (-s). Did you?
EDITING OF THE REGISTRATION DATA OF EQUIPMENT OF THE PARTICIPANT
What will happen if I change the registration data about our equipment? if you updated the registration data about the given equipment it's automatically switched into TEST by system for checking by technical personnel of the trading system "VoIP Trade Room".
We have problems with traffic termination on our equipment. What We have to do, to avoid the falling of QoS percent within our orders on termination on the given equipment, and to avoid the removing these orders by AQS? In section Equipment there is a button "Switch to TEST", press it to switch your equipment into TEST status. The orders on termination will be freeze.
A WORD ABOUT THE LOGINS AND PASSWORDS
Why I can't access to the site with my login and password? The possible reasons and solutions:- check your keyboard layout;- check your login and password;- the given account has been disabled by administration of the trading system "VoIP Trade Room".
What is the difference between login and password in "My profile" section and login (-s) and password (-s) I see when edit or update equipment's data in "Equipment" section? The login and password you see in the "My profile" section are for to access to our site.
The login (-s) and password (-s) in "Equipment" section are for to access the given equipment to "Soft-switch".
SIP equipment registers by these login and password on our "Soft-switch".
H323, SIP-Proxy equipment registers by login (h323-id in H.323 terms) and IP address of the given equipment.
STATISTICS
How can I see how much I have earned on termination of traffic and how much I have spent on origination of traffic? All financial information about traffic origination and termination with the indication of directions is contained in section "Revenue Report". The information on balance of a personal account at present or for a particular period is contained in section "Account Information".
How can I see the technical information about the inbound/outbound calls? I mean the attempts, completed calls, calls' durations and any other things for calls terminated on my equipment. All technical information about inbound and outbound calls with the indication of directions, quantity of attempts, quantity of holding junctions, quality, average duration of talks and common duration of junctions is contained in section "Usage Report".
